:

1. Responsible for IT Infrastructure Maintenance

2. Responsible for Installation and technical Support for hardware & software.

3. Responsible for Asset and Inventory Management

4. Responsible for Help Desk Management

5. Responsible for Configuration and troubleshooting for Users

6. Responsible to Network Administration

7. Responsible for Server Management & Maintenance

8. Managing & Supporting internal Audits as per SOP's

9. Responsible for Reporting of incidents & Resolution TAT

10. Responsible for Managing POS, Screen display, EDC machine and Kiosk management
