Collect, scan, and upload documents in line with established procedures.
Maintain and register all technical documents (reports, drawings, blueprints, etc.) in the system.
Utilize SmartSolve Document Managementfor daily operations, maintenance, and quality control.
Ensure personnel are notified of updated document versions and provide guidance on access.
Print and distribute documents as required.
Collaborate with various departments--including HR, Finance, and Management--for document and record handling.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proficiency in managing and configuring Internet/Wi-Fi/LAN/WAN systems, printers, and other IT-related setups.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred).
Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with SmartSolve Document Managementand document/image capture systems.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong technical skills with expertise in network management and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with document management systems and version control tools.
Awareness of data protection regulations and best practices.
