We are looking for a proactive and organized IT/Admin Assistant to join our team at Aries Group of Companies, Kakkanad. The ideal candidate will support our daily office operations, manage IT-related tasks, and handle social media activities with creativity and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide IT support for office systems, software, and network-related issues.
Manage company social media accounts and assist in posting updates and job openings.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
Maintain records, documentation, and correspondence efficiently.
Support the HR/recruitment team with administrative tasks when required.
Handle vendor coordination and assist with basic troubleshooting for systems and devices.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of relevant experience in IT or administrative support.
Proficiency in MS Office, email management, and basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
