Title: Automation Architect



Experience: 13+ Years



Location: Bangalore/Noida



Notice period: Immediate to 30 Days

Must have skills:

Java/Python , Selenium, Rest assured API testing(mandatory), Playwright(mandatory)

:

Architect and implement automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing using

tools like Selenium/Cypress, Appium, Cucumber, and Rest Assured

Implement performance and Security testing automation initiatives using tools like

Jmeter, etc

Participating in strategic planning and roadmap discussion for quality engineering

programs

Strong understanding of Test Management tools such as Test Rail, Jira, ALM

Develop and lead the automation teams in building the automation frameworks from

scratch

Lead POC for different initiatives and share the outcomes

Evaluate tool and recommend based on Project requirement

Conduct Code review and ensure adherence to code standards

Lead the creation of reusable assets and libraries (e.g.XML generators, Java classes).

Integrate automation with test management and Cloud environment health check

systems.

Drive adoption accelerators for flaky test reruns.

Collaborate with DevOps teams and SDET team to integrate automation using CI/CD

pipeline.

Support onboarding and mentoring of QA/QE engineers



Required Skills & Experience

10-15 years of experience in QA automation and architecture.

Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Selenium/Cypress, Appium, Cucumber, REST

Assured, and CI/CD tools.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), containerization, and service

virtualization.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies.
