Experience Range- 7- 11 Years



Technical Skills-


Provide day-to-day support for SAP ISU Billing processes, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and user assistance.

Monitor and manage billing cycles, ensuring timely and accurate billing execution.

Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests related to SAP ISU Billing within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Collaborate with fun ctional and technical teams to identify, design, and implement process improvements.

Configure, test, and deploy changes within the SAP ISU Billing module as required for business needs.

Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.

Document solutions, configuration changes, and support procedures for knowledge management.

Participate in regular client meetings, providing updates on ongoing issues and enhancements.
