Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate
Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
to drive business development within the
U.K. Healthcare domain
. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for lead qualification, initiating sales conversations, and building the sales pipeline for our [mention your service/product, e.g., medical software, BPO services]. This role requires exceptional communication tailored for the U.K. market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Conduct targeted outbound calling and email outreach to identify and qualify new business opportunities within U.K. hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
Pipeline Development:
Nurture early-stage leads and secure qualified meetings or demonstrations for the Senior Sales team.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders (e.g., Clinic Managers, Procurement).
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of our healthcare solutions and clearly articulate the value proposition to address client needs.
CRM Management:
Accurately track all sales activities, communication history, and lead statuses in the
CRM system
(e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Sales Reporting:
Provide regular reports on lead generation activity, call volumes, and conversion rates to the Sales Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
5+ of experience in
Inside Sales, Telesales, or B2C & B2B Lead Generation
, preferably targeting an international market.
Industry Focus:
Strong preference for candidates with
prior experience or knowledge of the Healthcare, Pharma, or Medical domain
.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to engage U.K. prospects confidently.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in using
CRM software
and MS Office applications.
Work Ethic:
Highly goal-oriented, resilient, and motivated by achieving sales targets.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
