Knowledge of Networking (IP, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Wireless LAN, GPON)
Generate support tickets
Resolve support tickets
Initiate works for field executives
Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports on Customer Issues and Support Ticket
Work From Office or Work From Home or Hybrid.
