Back end support to installation team
Home Router Configuration - Remote assistance
Back end support to the clients - Remote assistance
Knowledge of Networking (IP,LAN,WAN,TCP/IP,Wireless LAN, GPON)
Generate support tickets
Resolve support tickets
Initiate works for field executives
Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports on Customer Issue and Support Ticket
Shifting Job (Day/Night)
Work From Home( Sometime Office visit required -Day shift only)
