Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients for ISO certification services
Explain ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, etc.) clearly to clients
Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and referrals
Conduct client meetings and presentations (online/offline)
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for closures
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with technical and audit teams for smooth certification process
Maintain client database and sales records
Provide post-sales support and customer relationship management
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge or willingness to learn ISO standards
Good negotiation and closing skills
Customer-oriented attitude
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Qualifications
Any graduate/diploma (business or management preferred)
Experience in ISO sales, B2B sales, or consultancy is an advantage
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
Two-wheeler with valid license
