Internal auditing & Continous improvement engineer

BE Electrical, with minimum 3years experience, M/F, salary 25K -30K

CAD drawing, documentation, QMS, ISO, compliance, validation, audit, training, management, monitoring & implementation.

?Study the existing process in each department and sub-department activities,

Redefine them as per our past experience and challenges.

Fill the gaps in process

Draft documentation for remodifying the QMS accordingly.

Train each member in department as per the updated QMS manual

?Maintaining QMS as per requirement of ISO standard.

?Ensure the Periodically Verification of Quality Standard as per the requirement of the Project

?Formation of various check sheets to measure the Quality parameter.

?Implement QMS documentation

Making available all relevant procedures/formats of updated one with all the Managers & Engineers.

?Monitoring implementation of documented quality management system through internal Audit.

?Implementation of Procedures and Guidelines.

?Ensuring Compliance to the QMS System Procedures and Guidelines.

Responsible for handling escalated NCs (All NCs in inward, inprocess, PCB QC) and ensure strict corrective and preventive act

Final QC before dispatch.

Handle NC escalation with sub assemblers and suppliers

Root cause analysis of every service failures and strictly ensure the corrective and preventive action implementation, flag esca

Convene a weekly meeting with the engineering team to discuss failures, implementations and to assess the progress in continu

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,305.37 per month
