Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous ISO Quality Manager to take full ownership of our ISO-related management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001, and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for maintaining certifications, leading audits, training employees, and driving continual improvement initiatives in our chemical manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all ISO certifications and maintain compliance across the organization. Lead internal and external audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001, and related standards. Develop, update, and implement Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, policies, and procedures. Train employees on ISO requirements and quality best practices. Monitor QMS performance, generate compliance reports and manage corrective and preventive actions. Act as liaison for ISO-related customer audits and regulatory inspections. Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement aligned with company values.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in ISO quality management, preferably in chemical manufacturing. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001 standards and audit processes. Excellent documentation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to train and influence teams across departments. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
