A Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Internal Auditor plays a crucial role in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within the organization. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for a BPO Internal Auditor:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Audits: Perform audits of financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards.

- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Audit Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present recommendations to management.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, laws, and industry standards.

- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Certifications: Professional certifications like Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are preferred.

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in internal auditing, external auditing, or relevant fields.

- Skills:

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Auditing Skills: Proficiency in auditing standards, techniques, and software.

- Risk Management: Sound understanding of risk management principles and internal control frameworks .

Additional Requirements:

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
