Job Description

1. ISMS Lead Implematontor

Develop, implement, and maintain the ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Create policies, procedures, SOPs, and guidelines required for compliance.

Lead risk assessments and risk treatment planning.

Map ISO controls (Annex A) to Telecom-specific processes such as NOC, SOC, Field Ops, and Data Center.

2. Documentation & Policy Management

Prepare all ISMS documentation including:

Information Security Policies

Asset register

Access control policy

Incident management procedure

Disaster recovery & business continuity plans

Change management

Ensure all departments follow the documented processes.

3. Risk & Gap Assessment

Conduct gap analysis against ISO 27001:2022.

Identify non-conformities and define corrective actions.

Track and close findings during surveillance audits and certification audits.

4. Internal Coordination

Guide NOC, SOC, IT, HR, Admin, and Field teams for ISO control implementation.

Ensure evidence collection for certification audit readiness.

Support management in setting KPIs, objectives, and ISMS scope.

5. Training & Awareness

Conduct staff awareness programs on information security and best practices.

Train internal teams on ISO processes, incident reporting, data handling, and network security.

6. External Audit Support

Act as the main coordinator for the external certification body.

Prepare audit evidence and handle auditor queries.

Ensure compliance with DOT, TRAI, and ISP license obligations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of Telecom network architecture (L2/L3 routing, switching, firewalls).

Knowledge of telecom regulations (DOT Security, Customer Data Confidentiality, Lawful Interception).

Familiarity with NOC/SOC operations, OSS/BSS, and Data Centers.

Information Security Skills

Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, 27002, risk management, and PDCA cycle.

Hands-on experience implementing ISMS frameworks.

Ability to create and review IT security policies.

Soft Skills

Strong documentation & communication skills.

Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams.

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or Electronics (preferred).

ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certification (highly preferred).

Additional: CEH, ITIL, CCNA (added advantage).

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
