iScala Administrator and Subject Matter Expert (SME)
to lead the management, implementation, and optimization of our iScala environment. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring that the ERP system aligns perfectly with global business requirements.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
System Administration & Governance:
Take full ownership of the iScala Admin role, including user management, security protocols, system configuration, and performance tuning.
End-to-End Implementation:
Leverage deep SME knowledge to lead iScala implementations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring minimal business disruption.
Requirement Engineering:
Interact directly with customer process consultants and Business SMEs to elicit, document, and validate complex technical and functional requirements.
Strategic Solution Design:
Analyze requirements across various modules to identify cross-functional impacts. Design and deliver optimal, scalable, end-to-end solutions.
Fit-Gap Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive Fit-Gap mapping to identify where standard iScala functionality meets business needs and where custom solutions or process changes are required.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Lead high-level conversations with customer teams, providing technical authority and guiding stakeholders through complex decision-making processes.

Mandatory Technical Skills:
Expert-level proficiency in

Proven track record of full-lifecycle iScala implementations.
Deep understanding of ERP architecture and cross-functional module integration.
