About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

(Position for Female Candidates, EST timings)

1. Daily login for Tele-calling work at 11:00 AM Eastern Time - Canada ( 8:30 PM IST)
2. Check new leads from KV Core CRM, call and capture their home buying requirements
3. Coordinate with the team and schedule an appointment for personal visit of customer leads with sales teams
4. Capture the customer Verbatim during each call, also update call type and various status
5. Classify the leads into hot, warm, and cold based on their \'Intent To Purchase\'
6. Follow up with existing leads and give them updates, and reminders, inform them about promotions, and also track appointment schedules
7. Track appointment completion and take feedback from customers
8. Maintain Excel MIS daily
9. Submit daily call track Excel report
10. Do follow-up calls & emails
11. Upload/Download data in KV Core CRM
12. Do cold calling for seller leads, new pre-construction projects, just listed properties and generate leads
