This Position reports to: Global IS Service Awareness & Comm Mngr
Mission Statement: The CX Consumer Training Lead is responsible to create and make available consumer focused training and content with the objective of driving adoption of IS Services and establishing IS reputation as a consumer centric organization through provision of fit for purpose training and learning experiences leveraging internal and supplier training assets.
