- Lead the implementation and optimization of contract management processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. - Oversee the development and execution of contract authoring strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Provide expert guidance on contract obligation management to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to contractual terms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate contract lifecycle management software into existing systems.



Analyze and interpret complex contract data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of contract processes and procedures. - Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of contract management best practices. - Monitor industry trends and advancements in contract management to identify opportunities for innovation. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between finance accounting and hi-tech teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline contract management workflows. - Support the finance team in aligning contract management with financial reporting and compliance requirements. - Evaluate and recommend software solutions to enhance contract lifecycle management capabilities.
