Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM modules, including: Policy and Compliance Management Risk Management Operational Risk (OpRes) Design and implement risk, compliance, control, and policy frameworks within ServiceNow. Customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and script includes for IRM use cases. Configure risk statements, controls, indicators, issues, and remediation workflows. Implement and manage policy lifecycle management, including attestations and exceptions. Support GRC/IRM data models, reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Integrate IRM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, SecOps) and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Perform impact analysis, upgrades support, and platform optimization. Collaborate with business stakeholders, auditors, and compliance teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Provide production support, enhancements, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications

IRM Certification (Mandatory) 6-8 years of ServiceNow experience with strong IRM focus Deep expertise in: Policy & Compliance Management Operational Risk (OpRes) Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow configurations and customizations Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Workflows Experience with risk assessments, control testing, issue management, and compliance reporting Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and enterprise risk processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Policy and Compliance Management Risk Management Operational Risk (OpRes) Design and implement risk, compliance, control, and policy frameworks within ServiceNow. Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
