We are an ISO 27001:2013 certified organization with a flat structure that fosters growth, ownership, and innovation.To know more, visit: www.irisbusiness.com | www.irisbusinesscarbon.comKey Responsibilities: - End-to-End Sales Leadership: Own sales strategy, planning, and execution across geographies (Europe, APAC, Middle East, North America). - CXO Engagement: Build trusted relationships with CXOs and senior decisionmakers in enterprise and government segments. - Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales organization (SDRs, AEs, regional leaders). - GTM Strategy: Design and implement scalable go-to-market strategies for regulated and enterprise SaaS products. - Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities across multiple verticals (BFSI, Government, Telecom, etc.). - Outbound & ABM: Drive outbound motions and account-based marketing (ABM) in close collaboration with marketing. - Partnerships & Alliances: Build strategic partnerships and co-sell motions with ecosystem players (Big 4s, technology alliances, and channel partners). - Revenue & Forecasting: Forecast revenue, manage pipeline, ensure CRM hygiene, and report KPIs to leadership. - Sales Enablement: Own sales enablement programs, performance metrics, and ensure operational excellence.Qualifications & Experience: - 20-25 years of proven experience in enterprise/technology sales leadership roles. - Extensive experience in SaaS / RegTech / Enterprise Tech sales in global markets. - Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams across geographies. - Ability to engage and influence CXOs, senior stakeholders, and government clients. - Strong knowledge of GTM design, ABM, account-based selling, and enterprise SaaS sales cycles. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
