Key Responsibilities:
Take in-room dining orders and confirm details.
Supervise order preparation and timely delivery.
Maintain guest satisfaction and collect feedback.
Train and monitor stewards.
Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams.
Profile Requirements:
Hotel Management or F&B certification.
1-2 years in IRD or hospitality roles.
Female candidates with good etiquette preferred.
Skills:
Communication and hospitality etiquette.
Problem-solving and grooming.
Service speed and order accuracy.
