Key Responsibilities:
? Support HR operations including payroll, recruitment, on boarding, benefits, and
employee queries.
? Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
? Handle employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
? Provide guidance to management on HR, labor, and employee engagement matters.
? Develop and implement OHS policies, conduct safety audits, and risk assessments.
? Investigate workplace incidents, ensure corrective actions, and maintain safety
equipment.
? Organize training, awareness sessions, and safety drills.
? Liaise with government authorities and external inspectors for compliance.
Skills & Competencies:
? Strong knowledge of labor laws & workplace safety regulations.
? Proficiency in HR operations, compliance, and administration.
? Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
? Ability to resolve conflicts and conduct investigations.
? Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
? Proficiency in MS Office and safety management systems.
Technical Knowledge:
? Proficiency in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety management
systems.
? Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance.
? Proficient in MS Office and HR administration software.
Qualification - MBA/MPM/BBA/MSW & Diploma in Safety or in Labour law will be plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
