Key Responsibilities :-
Industrial Relations (IR):
Maintain cordial relations between management and workers' unions. Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters. Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory act, and other statutory regulations. Negotiate and manage union settlements, wage agreements, and contracts. Liaise with government departments, labor o?ices, and external stakeholders.
Administration:
Oversee plant security, housekeeping, and canteen management. Manage transport, guest house, and facility upkeep. Develop and implement administrative policies for smooth plant operations. Vendor management for facility services and contracts. Ensure safety, discipline, and high standards of workplace environment.
Requirements
Desired Profile :-
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate (Any discipline). MBA/PGDM in HR/IR is desirable.
Experience: 10-20 years in IR/Administration; Army background preferred.
