Customer Care Executive
Job Description
Only for who have experience in US/UK calling (Fresher and domestics calling do not apply please )
· Device – Availability is mandatory (Windows 10 / active Antivirus / RAM – 4GB/ Broadband service with 15 – 20 mbps Internet Speed).
· Experience – 6 Months of experience in International Voice profile (Collections domain is a preference with US / UK dialing)
· Primarily WFH (until BAU)
· Salary bracket – 25k In-hand would be the maximum salary for most candidates
· Incentives – Avg 6k (2nd month onwards)
· Training shift Timings – 7pm IST – 4am IST (Production shift would be the same)

· Residing location – Ghaziabad, Noida (South Delhi - exceptional)
