Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Academic, LMS, and Research Quality Audits



o Evaluate curriculum design, delivery, and compliance with institutional and

regulatory standards.

o Ensure alignment of academic programs with learning outcomes and quality

benchmarks.

o Review course content for quality, relevance, and adherence to Standard

Operating Procedures (SOPs).

o Evaluate assessments, question papers, LMS Content, and instructional

material to ensure alignment with learning objectives.

o Assess faculty and departmental research output, project quality, and

adherence to ethical guidelines.

o Monitor progress and outcomes of research initiatives to ensure impactful

contributions.

2. Institutional, Department, and Programme Effectiveness



o Conduct reviews to measure the effectiveness of institutional policies and

strategies. Conduct similar reviews and audits for Departments and Offered

programmes.

o Provide insights to optimize institutional performance and strategic planning.

3. Accreditation, Rankings, (NAAC, NIRF, ABET, NBA) and Compliance



o Audit processes and documentation to ensure compliance with national and

international accreditation standards.

o Identify gaps and recommend measures for continuous improvement.

4. Academic Administrative Inspections



o Perform on-site inspections of facilities, laboratories, and academic / infra

units to ensure compliance with quality standards.

o Collaborate with departments to address identified issues and implement

corrective measures.

5. Execution of Administrative Tasks, Audits, Reporting and Feedback



o Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and

improvement strategies.

o Present audit outcomes to university leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills and Attributes



? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

? Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, ability to write policies, SOPs

and standardized documents.

? Attention to detail and proficiency in preparing excel and word reports.

? Experience with accreditation processes (NAAC, NBA, etc.) is preferred.

? Familiarity with LMS platforms and content standards.

? Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Eligibility Criteria



? Experience: Minimum of 2 years in quality assurance or equivalent role.

? Education: minimum Master's Degree in the engineering discipline.

? Attitude: Hands-on Initiative taker, Dynamic, Collaborative, Learning and Growth

oriented mind-set professional
