IPTV Operator (Fresher)

Job Summary:- We are seeking motivated freshers to join our team as IPTV Operators. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the fast-growing field of IPTV and digital broadcasting. The selected candidates will be trained to manage live TV channel operations, monitor service quality, and support backend systems for a smooth viewing experience.

Key Responsibilities:-

Channel Addition & Setup:

o Assist in the addition and configuration of new TV channels to the IPTV platform under guidance.

o Work with senior team members to test and verify channel availability and quality.

Live Channel Monitoring:

o Continuously monitor TV channels for any service issues such as black screens, audio loss, or lag.

o Escalate technical issues promptly to the appropriate team as per standard procedure.

Shift-Based Operations:

o Work in 24x7 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

o Maintain logs and update shift handover notes accurately.

Basic Troubleshooting:

o Learn to perform initial checks for signal and streaming problems.

o Follow scripts and SOPs for first-level support.

Training & Development:

o Participate in technical training sessions and on-the-job learning to grow into a fully capable IPTV Operator.

o Stay updated on IPTV systems, protocols, and monitoring tools.

Candidate Profile:-

Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: No prior experience required. Freshers with passion and willingness to learn are welcome

Technical Interest: Basic understanding of networking, multimedia, or streaming is a plus.

Soft Skills: Good communication, willingness to work in shifts, and attention to detail.
