Key Responsibilities:
Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications (India & global) Conduct patentability, FTO & prior art searches Liaise with R&D and legal teams for IP strategy Maintain IP database and manage deadlines Monitor competitor IP landscape Ensure IP compliance across R&D functions
Qualifications:
M.Sc. Chemistry, LLB preferable 4-7 years of experience in pharma IP
