Job Description

Process Monitoring

: Observe manufacturing (vial filling, sealing, packaging) and warehouse activities to ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and quality guidelines.

Line Clearance

: Verify cleanliness and readiness of equipment and areas before starting or switching batches to prevent contamination.

Documentation

: Review and verify executed Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packaging Records (BPRs) for accuracy and completeness.

Sampling & Testing

: Coordinate collection of in-process samples for Quality Control (QC) testing.

Deviation Management

: Document, investigate, and help resolve production deviations and non-conformances.

Environment & Equipment

: Conduct checks on environmental conditions (like cleanrooms) and equipment hygiene.

Aseptic Operations

: Assist with aseptic gowning and release of manufacturing/packaging areas for injectable production.

Training & Support

: Train production staff on quality aspects and support validation/calibration activities.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
