Shift Timings -

8AM to 5PM or 11AM to 8PM and 8PM to 8AM

Week Off - Rotational

Key Responsibilities:

Verify and update patient details in the hospital system Collect payments and process insurance billing accurately Handle patient calls from Coimbatore and respond to inquiries professionally Schedule appointments and send follow-up reminders Maintain organized filing systems and manage documents efficiently Support other administrative and front desk operations as required

Qualifications:

Graduate or above Experience in a hospital or medical Billing preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing is an advantage Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software Excellent multitasking and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
