Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate with
merchant bankers, legal advisors, auditors, registrars, and consultants
for IPO execution
Prepare, review, and track
DRHP/RHP, disclosures, and regulatory filings
Liaise with
SEBI and legal teams
for queries, observations, and approvals
Maintain
IPO trackers
, timelines, and follow-up schedules
Collate and validate
financial, legal, and business information
for filings
Ensure compliance with
SEBI regulations and listing requirements
Support
Investor Relations
, including investor data, Q&A, and communications
Provide
regular updates to senior management
on IPO progress and risks
Assist in post-listing compliance and investor communication
