Deliver classroom and on-the-job training on IPDRG coding
Train coders on ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, DRG grouping, and payer guidelines
Conduct assessments, audits, and feedback sessions
Track trainee performance and ensure quality and productivity targets
Support new joiner and refresher training programs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?120,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
