IPD Manager
to oversee and manage In-Patient Department operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, high standards of care, and effective coordination among clinical and non-clinical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in IPD management in a hospital setting
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of hospital billing processes and HIS systems
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities
