IPD Manager

to lead our

In-Patient Department

.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the

IPD (In-Patient Department)

, including patient rooms and reception. Conduct regular

room inspections

to ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and comfort for patients. Address and resolve all

patient queries and concerns on priority

. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations. Monitor and maintain patient satisfaction standards, ensuring a comfortable stay experience. Take corrective actions immediately for any

maintenance or service issues

. Act as the

first point of contact

for all in-patient related requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum Graduate in any field. Maximum age:

35 years

. Must be open to

12-hour duty shifts

. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Prior experience in

hospitality, healthcare, or IPD management

preferred. Ability to work under pressure and resolve patient issues with empathy and professionalism.
