Job Description

The IPD & OPD Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of both Inpatient (IPD) and Outpatient (OPD) departments. The role involves ensuring high-quality patient service, operational efficiency, and coordination between medical, administrative, and support teams to enhance patient satisfaction and hospital performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor daily operations of the OPD and IPD departments. Ensure smooth patient flow, minimal waiting time, and effective coordination with doctors and nursing staff. Supervise front office and reception teams to maintain service standards. Handle patient feedback, grievances, and ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate records and MIS reports related to patient visits, admissions, and discharges. Coordinate with billing, housekeeping, nursing, and diagnostic departments for seamless service delivery. Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance within OPD & IPD teams. Plan and implement process improvements to enhance patient experience. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and quality standards.
