Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot

IPBX systems

across various brands. Set up and maintain Access Control systems and IP surveillance

(IP Cameras

). Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients. Conduct routine system maintenance, updates, and performance checks. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to office automation products. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for escalations and product support. Maintain documentation of installations, configurations, and service reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as an

IPBX Engineer

or in a similar technical role. Strong knowledge of IPBX systems (multiple brands preferred). Understanding of Access Control technologies and IP Camera systems. Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, routers, switches). Ability to read technical manuals and follow installation procedures. Good problem-solving skills and customer-handling abilities. Willingness to travel for on-site support when required.
