As an Analytics Associate in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.
Job responsibilities:
Demonstrate advanced programming skills in Python; write complex SQL code and automate processes to source, transform, and analyze data from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
Apply critical thinking and perform advanced analytics to solve complex, multi-faceted business problems using analytics and visualization platforms such as QlikSense, Tableau, and Alteryx.
Create and leverage analytical approaches to analyze domain-specific source data, providing accurate conclusions and identifying improvement initiatives.
Communicate ideas and results to stakeholders and leadership clearly and concisely, showcasing excellent problem-solving abilities.
Perform advanced quantitative and statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations for business performance improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop solutions that meet organizational business needs.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 6+ years of working experience on analytical tools (Tableau/ Qliksense/ SQL)
• At least 8+ years of exp. with Alteryx/ Python/ databricks to develop ETL pipelines
• Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting dashboards
• Strong grasp of big data disciplines, AWS, Agile (scrum) methodologies, and new technologies. Able to communicate effectively with Senior leaders to enable collaboration, decision-making, and transparency.
• Experience in developing standardized solutions for data acquisition, transformation and analysis
• Perform advanced quantitative and statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can be used to improve business performance.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Ability to drive projects end to end from requirement analysis, development, testing to closure
