The role is part of a desk extension team in IPB APAC and supports the CFO / Performance Management team in Singapore; having a local reporting line in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: (not limited to)

  • End to end management of GMIS system for SG and HK entities
  • Ensuring successful migration of Pulse system for APAC
  • Support Preparation of Weekly / Monthly GMIS database, reporting process, ensure consistent and efficient use of GMIS, provide training and validate data submissions
  • Oversee the flash and actual processes, including relevant explains, interacting with the regional/central CFOs and Performance Mgmt teams / business heads where required
  • Ensuring timely completion of monthend process / quarterly GMIS reaggregation and GGL restatement process by partnering with Central and regional CFO colleagues
  • Monthly / Weekly Revenue / Flow / Volume reporting & analysis for senior management
  • Handling critical ESG reporting which gets published externally
  • Conduct various ad hoc analysis and strategically address issues that are complementary to the regular planning and forecasting processes
  • Assist with the KPI dashboard and MRM processes, which will help CFO and Mgmt team achieve financial targets
  • Deep diving financials and analyzing flows data
  • Other CFO tasks as necessary
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Academic qualifications in Business, Finance or related field
  • Prior relevant work experience of minimum 5-8 years
  • Experience in Management Accountancy or Consulting
  • Aptitude for analytical tasks and ability to pull out the key messages
  • Ability to constructively challenge senior colleagues
  • Very Good Excel working knowledge
  • Strong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and written
  • Good knowledge of the financial sector
