Ipac Chartered Accountant
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of month on month and year-end financial reports
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly bank, expense and any ad-hoc MIS, as and when required
- Preparation of expense budget report and conduct budget vs. actual analysis
- Review and release online banking payments
- Provide ongoing accounting and reporting support
- Ensure all basic internal financial controls are in place to all financial transactions including appropriate safeguarding of assets
- Filing of all Direct & Indirect Tax Returns
- Timely filing of ROC returns and other compliance
- A good hand experience of handling Tax, Statutory and Internal audits
- Compliance with Local India Laws like Professional Tax, Gratuity, PF, ESIC etc.
- Oversee company Admin Activities
