Candidate should have good command over English Language. 2. The candidate should be well versed with IP filings, ipindia.com filings/ Copyright filings etc. 3. The candidate must be able to maintain deadlines, follow up with clients and maintain files and dockets; 4. This is a non-litigation profile however an advocate can also apply. 5. Candidates living in the vicinity of the office will be preferred; 6. This is a full-time position and candidates looking for virtual or work-from home need not apply.
