We are looking for

graduates

IP laws, research, and innovation protection

. As a

IP Paralegal

, you will play a crucial role in analyzing inventions, conducting searches, filing reports and drafting IP applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct

IP searches

- Prepare and draft

high-quality IP applications

- Assist in

IP prosecution

- responding to office actions and handling objections
- Conduct technical and legal research on intellectual property matters
- Work closely with inventors, R&D teams, and legal professionals to understand innovations
- Keep up with global patent laws, trends, and best practices

Requirements:

Educational Background:

Law background
- Strong analytical and research skills with a passion for Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with IP

laws and processes

is a plus (training will be provided)
- Any prior internship or certification would be helpful

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
