VACANCY FOR IOT TECH SUPPORT ENGINEER
Our team is expanding alongside our customers, and we are looking for a new member to be part of our team to support and provide service for the IoT solutions and platform at Alfa Laval. We need a dynamic Helpdesk professional with experience in resolving simple to complex technical issues as a first line of support. The candidate should be an expert in Service Now ticketing systems, diagnostics techniques, troubleshooting, solution driven and implementing innovative support strategies to drive organizational efficiency.
