Are you a systems thinker who can build the bridge between physical and digital? A solar system with an IoT layer for automation -- that will be modular and powered by AL/ML capabilities. Upgradable to user's needs from basic to advanced automation. Remote controlled by users with smart-home energy management app (EMS).

Responsibilities

Lead the design, testing and iteration of end-to-end IoT system architecture layer, powered by edge-MCUs and hybrid data flows to cloud + smart-home control hub Develop real-time firmware to read sensors, control relays, and implement safe, OTA-updatable logic. MCUs with simple to complex inference capabilities (such as ESP32-S3, Raspberry Pi CM4, Jetson Nano/Xavier NX) and maintain firmware modularity for upgrades. Define IoT use-cases, data workflow, communication protocol stacks (MODBUS RTU/TCP, MQTT) integration with inverter, battery system & cloud EMS Guide hardware intern with embedded prototyping from breadboard to PCB: wiring, testing, debugging with hardware intern and solar design engineer Collaboration with solar engineer + EMS software lead for rapid prototyping, field testing, and user-centric automation logic Drive field deployment readiness -- from pilot configuration to relay switching stability, inverter integration, and offline fallback modes

Systems-oriented Embedded C/C++ Edge (AL/ML) architecture & modular firmware design Real-world firmware with control logic + sensor/relay integration Protocol stack implementation (MODBUS RTU/TCP, MQTT) OTA, structured data, and embedded fault handling System debugging and field-readiness

Background

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Embedded Systems, or a related field 1-3 years of work experience Professional English language
