HARDWARE DEVELOPER IOT

:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Hardware Developer

to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be the design, development, and testing of cutting-edge industrial IoT products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in embedded hardware engineering and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications, or related field. Proven track record of

2 to 5 years of experience

in embedded hardware design and development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Design and develop

circuit boards

Analog & Mixed signal

(PCBs) based on project requirements.
*

Participate in customization systems

to meet client-specific needs, including integration with WIFI, GPS,4G, biometric systems, Analog & Digital sensors, RFID & NFC Sensors, Ethernet, Bluetooth, LoRaWAN, FTDI, USB.

Designing power management circuits

to optimize battery life.

Create circuit designs and select appropriate components

based on design specifications, performance requirements, and cost considerations.

Ensuring IoT devices comply with relevant industry standards and regulations related to safety, EMC, and radio emissions.

Generate Bill of Materials

(BOM) efficiently.

Build prototypes of hardware systems

conduct comprehensive testing, and refine designs to ensure high quality and reliability

Signal Integrity & Power Management

: Analyse and optimize signal integrity, power distribution, and noise control to ensure system stability and performance.

Collaborate with firmware and design engineers

to establish project criteria and deliver successful hardware solutions.

Work closely with the mechanical team

to ensure PCB designs meet enclosure specifications.

Perform extensive testing and debugging

of complex circuit boards and systems to ensure quality and reliability.

Document all design, development, and testing activities

thoroughly. Provide

technical leadership and mentorship

to junior team members, guiding and supporting them through complex tasks and projects. Site Visit

Skills:

Familiarity with various microcontrollers and embedded systems with strong Knowledge of Micro-controller as well as Micro-processor (Raspberry Pi).

Proficiency in

schematic capture and PCB layout tools

(e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle).

In-depth knowledge

of selecting appropriate components and BOM generation.

Proficient in various microcontrollers

and hardware interfaces like USB, I2C, UART, SPI, and CAN.

Strong understanding of PCB types, design, and fabrication processes

for both prototypes and mass production.

Ability to design for EMI/EMC compliance

, manufacturability, and testability. Experienced with

through-hole, SMT, and BGA technologies

, using dual-sided assemblies and multilayer boards.

Excellent problem-solving skills

, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and adaptability skills

in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Ability to stay updated with the

in IoT hardware technology
