Synchronoss is a global player in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) industry -providing Enterprise Cloud Solutions, Messaging and Digital Transformation solutions.
Synchronoss Technologies Bangalore is currently recruiting a Software Engineer to design, develop and unit test client applications that will operate with the Synchronoss product suite.
You will work with both mobile operators and handset manufacturers to ensure the on-time delivery of our applications. The successful candidate will need to become expert in the architecture of the product and also develop and cultivate relationships with Synchronoss partners. How you will help::

• Involved with all phases of mobile application development from initial concepts, through design, development, testing and deployment

• Coordinates implementation dependencies across organizational boundaries as needed

• Responsible for development and support of native iOS applications

• Develop and architect iOS native applications across multiple releases

• Drives development within SCRUM agile process with other stakeholders (Product Owners, XD design, Quality Engineers) as well as across organization to balance creative objectives with business needs and technical requirements

• Lead best practices by producing high quality, documented and testable code

Who we have in mind::

• 2 to 3 years of successful experience as a developer for native iOS applications

• Full understanding of mobile development life cycle

• Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in utilizing multi-threading technologies to create highly responsive data intensive applications

• Extensive knowledge of CoreData framework, especially in multi-threading environments

• Good knowledge of other iOS frameworks, especially for handling Contacts, Messaging, Telephony and Media

• iOS platform including both Google and 3rd party tools/frameworks

• Deep understanding of memory management practices, especially when using blocks

• Strong understanding of OS UI guidelines.

• Strong handle of XCode profiling tools
• Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to multi-task, establish priorities and meet tight deadlines

It would be great if you had::

• Extensive experience with Git, GitFlow branching model

• Continuous Integration tools Bamboo, Jenkins

• Experience working with SCRUM and/or Agile development environments

• Experience working in cross-functional teams
