About The Job:

• Senior Engineer. Staff /Sr. Staff Engineer - Software Test Engineering, Mobile-Native Apps iOS will be responsible for designing and developing test cases and automation scripts for mobile applications.
• The person shall work closely with the rest of the development team to ensure that our apps meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Essential Job Functions:

• Building automation scripts/frameworks from scratch for iOS/iPadOS/visionOS apps
• Responsible for all automation and performance testing activities - planning, script design, test script generation/maintenance, performance test execution, report generation, results analysis, and defect generation.
• Adhere to Agile software development lifecycle.
• Participate in peer reviews of Test Engineers' Test designs and be self-directed in test case design, execution, results analysis, and defect reporting.
• Interface with other teams/experts for the design and evaluation of new tools and technologies
• Integrate project testing with continuous integration process.
• Develop and execute maintainable automation tests for acceptance, functional, and regression test cases.
• Report issues through a formal bug tracking system and work with the engineering team to help isolate, debug, and resolve issues/bugs.
• Comply to Quality Management System and Design Controls - Test protocol and Test Reports
• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the market, customer dynamics and competitive offerings.
• Learn and apply your strong understanding of clinical procedures to enhance product development.
• People who can interpret information clearly and accurately to concisely communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders, senior management, and their teams.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of iOS mobile testing work experience
• 4+ years of experience developing automation scripts from scratch for iOS mobile apps.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, web and cloud(azure) automation
• Technical Skills:
• Experience with object-oriented programming languages (Swift, Objective-C)
• Experience with Mobile testing framework - XCUITest, XCTest, Appium, Espresso,
• Experience with testing and automating API's with Postman
• Experience with at least one scripting language - Python, VBScript, Pearl, or Shell
• Sound understanding of iOS frameworks and modes - background and foreground modes and complex test scenarios such as memory management, low battery, call interrupts, etc.
• Integration, stress, performance, and regression testing for mobile apps.
• B.Tech/B.E/M.C.A/M.Tech/MS
