Gurugram Role Summary
The IOCC Associate supports day-to-day airline operations by monitoring flights, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in handling operational disruptions. The role ensures safe, efficient, and on-time flight operations in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily flight operations and schedules
Coordinate with crew control, engineering, airport operations, and dispatch teams
Assist in managing delays, diversions, and cancellations
Track aircraft movement and turnaround status
Update operational systems and maintain accurate records
Communicate operational updates to relevant stakeholders
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation protocols
Support the IOCC team during irregular operations (IROPs) Eligibility / Qualifications
Graduate (Aviation, Airport Management, Hospitality, Travel, or related field preferred)
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in airline operations
Basic understanding of airline operations is an advantage
