Title: ITI&O India Hub Manager

Job Summary:
The IT I&O India Hub Manager will oversee the operations and management of assigned scope inside ADMs India Hub, coordinating seamlessly across teams and aligning with global IT Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) strategies. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, managing a diverse team, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The IT I&O India Hub Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality IT services and supporting the organizations business objectives. This role will have local oversight of cross-matrixed teams delivering global services through the Compute Services, User Workplace, Operations & Support, and Site Support teams.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and locally manage the IT I&O teams at ADMs India Hub, aligning with global IT I&O strategies, technical roadmaps, and organizational goals
  • Provide cross-matrixed oversight of key roles within the India Hub, including Backup & Disaster Recovery (DR) Engineers, Command Center Leads, and Demand Managers
  • Drive operational excellence across teams through implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Work with global IT leadership to integrate ADMs India Hub into the IT I&O framework
  • Continuously identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, service quality improvements, and cost optimization within the India Hub
  • Comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
  • Partner with stakeholders to address operational challenges, resolve escalations, and deliver high-quality IT services
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the India Hub, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement among members of the India Hub team
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, supporting their professional development and career growth
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing diverse teams and driving operational excellence in a global organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and influence teams
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), process optimization, and automation tools
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, disaster recovery, and capacity planning strategies
