We are seeking detail-oriented and organized individuals to join our team as Invoicing & Order Processing Executives. : Invoicing: Accurately generate invoices for customer orders, ensuring compliance with established pricing and payment terms. Order Processing: Efficiently process and maintain sales orders, including order approval factors, payment terms, and credit assessment procedures. Data Management: Proficiently manage data entry and order tracking within designated systems. Organizational Skills: Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple orders and prioritize tasks effectively. Document Sharing: Share invoicing-related documents with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure seamless order processing.
