Invoice Coordinator

to join our dynamic team and support our billing operations with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities



Prepare, review, and process invoices accurately and on time. Verify shift records, timesheets, and service agreements before invoicing. Follow up on discrepancies and coordinate with the roster, payroll, and support teams. Maintain accurate billing records and assist with reporting as required. Liaise with participants, stakeholders, and accounts teams regarding invoice queries. Support continuous improvement in invoicing processes.

Skills & Requirements



Minimum

2-5 years' experience

in invoicing, billing, or finance administration. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines. Good knowledge of Excel and accounting/invoicing systems.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
