Job Description

An Accounts and Billing Executive with Zoho experience responsible for managing daily accounting tasks like invoicing, item creation and stock handling using Zoho books.

Accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations using Zoho Books, ensuring accurate financial records and timely billing.

The role requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in tools like Zoho Books, Excel, and Google Sheets. GOOD TYPING SKILLS IS A MUST

Key responsibilitie

Billing and Invoicing:

Handle client invoicing and follow up on payments. Maintain organized records of invoices and purchase bills.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and organized financial records. Ensure proper filing and record-keeping systems.
Required skills and qualifications

Proven experience with Zoho Books. STRONG TYPING SKILLS Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Good communication skills for client and internal coordination Able to work in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,160.95 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
