Are you ready to make an impact?Ecolab is searching for a driven Invoice Processing Manager for future opportunities within our Finance division in Pune, India.Responsible for coordinating and managing the accounts payable invoice processing function,including accurate and timely completion of processing, appropriate coding, and completion ofapprovals, implemented controls related to invoice processing, and required sub-ledgerreconciliations.This individual manages the accounts payable invoice processing supervisors across all regions (Americas, EMEA, and APAC).This role works closely with the procurement and payment processing teams and is a key pointof escalation of vendor resolution involving pending invoice status.What\xe2\x80\x99s in it For You:

What You Will Do:
  • Oversee Accounts Payable processing team supervisors and analysts.
  • Review team performance against applicable metrics and KPI\'s.
  • Report results to AP (Accounts Payables) Director for region for consolidation.
  • Responsible for engagement, recruiting and hiring responsibilities within their team.
  • Subject matter expert for corporate and GBS (Global Business Services) projects that involve invoice processing activities.
  • Identify and help implement continuous improvement projects impacting Accounts Payable
  • invoice processing and/or upstream processes.
  • Detect, analyze, and escalate the processes and tasks of the area that are inadequately
  • functioning or need to be improved focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of controls included in the team\'s processes,
  • including SOX compliance.
  • Responsible for preparing KPKPI (Key Performance Indicators) metrics (Key Performance
  • Indicators) for Accounts Payable leadership.
  • Actively participate in projects and transitions.
  • Champion knowledge management efforts within the team by overseeing the identification and updating of knowledge, ensuring quality and relevance.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement by fostering a culture of innovation and supporting team members in implementing improvement idea
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business and significant credit/financial and managerial experience.
  • English Fluency (other languages a plus) with local language ability.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
  • Relevant functional experience or education experiences in negotiation and dispute / resolution management or related business and operations fields in industry or outsourcing roles.
  • Excellent team management and development skills.
  • Understanding of fundamental business principles, processes, and terminology.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple cultures, customers, business parT&Ers, and data
  • accurately, with attention to details.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with internal and external parties.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and relationship skills.
  • Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to global dispute resolution.
  • Flexibility to support global teams and timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or business-related field.
  • Experience managing time demands, incomplete information or unexpected events.
  • Strong skills developing and educating subordinates.
  • Solid organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
  • Green/Black belt certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate to all levels of the organization, General Management
  • and Field Sales Executives within Ecolab and across functions.
  • Delivering results while leading a large team.
  • Successful in leading change initiatives.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Experience with bank transactions a plus.
